Life Is A Battleground

prayer1

We face challenges and struggles every single day. Sometimes the struggles are small and sometimes it seems like we are facing huge mountains of issues. Life is a battleground. Keep in mind that you have the power to overcome anything and everything that you face. Our battle is not really what we physically see. Our battle is really a spiritual battle. The devil uses anything and everything to get to us. He is tricky and deceptive….and just when you think you are invincible….the devil will find a way to attack you. You must do all that you can do to keep up your spiritual strength and your trust in God.

Use the tools that God has provided for us. He gave us the power of prayer to ask Him for help. He gave us the authority to speak His power through our own voice. He gave us the ability to rebuke the devil and all his demons. Don’t assume that things will get better on their own. Take charge of your life and win the battles you are facing. Power up and fight back with the power and authority God has given us….and with Jesus that lives within you!

For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. EPHESIANS 6:12-13

Is anyone among you in trouble? Let them pray. Is anyone happy? Let them sing songs of praise.  Is anyone among you sick? Let them call the elders of the church to pray over them and anoint them with oil in the name of the Lord.  And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise them up. If they have sinned, they will be forgiven. Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective. JAMES 5: 13-18

God is with us.
