Hope is real, hope is promised.

Many of us have been known to say, “I hope things will get better soon”. We use the word hope…and don’t apply it’s true identity. Our faith in God is based on trusting God…knowing that He will provide and take care of what we cannot foresee. So when we say “we hope”…we really need to take that seriously. Hope is real, it is promised, and it is a confidence that we must have. If we have trust in God…we KNOW that there is hope…we don’t just hope that there is hope. Be confident in God concerning His promises. Hope is sure, because it is based on the integrity of God’s Word. Because of Jesus, we will all experience the reality of hope. Jesus helps guide us through the dark times, and gives us the ability to press forward.  God is the God of hope. His love will help us endure all things…and begin to help us recognize the blessings.

Not only so, but we also rejoice in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope. And hope does not disappoint us, because God has poured out His love into our hearts by the Holy Spirit, whom He has given us.  ROMANS 5:3-5

God is not unjust;  he will not forget your work and the love you have shown Him as you have helped His people and continue to help them. We want each of you to show this same diligence to the very end, in order to make your hope sure. We do not want you to become lazy, but to imitate those who through faith and patience inherit what has been promised. HEBREWS 6:10-12

God is with us.
